Proposals and portrait sessions are typically $450 for the first hour plus $100 per additional hour. That's the whole price. No travel charges, no planning fees, no editing fees.

Within 48 hours of the shoot. You'll get a full gallery of edited photos — for a one-hour session that's typically around 40 images, more for longer coverage.

I shoot all over New England — New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. There's no travel charge. If your wedding or proposal is somewhere I haven't shot before, I'll scout it ahead of time.

We keep shooting. Some of my favorite photos were made in bad weather — fog, snow, sideways rain. If the forecast is truly dangerous we'll talk about timing, but a little weather has never stopped a good session.

Yes — planning help is part of it. We'll pick the spot together, work out timing, and figure out exactly where I'll be so she doesn't see me. I've done this at Portland Head Light, Two Lights State Park, Marginal Way in Ogunquit, and plenty of other spots. On the day, I blend in like a tourist with a camera until the moment happens.

Long lens, plain clothes, and positioning. We plan it in advance — where you'll kneel, where I'll stand, which direction the light's coming from. By the time she notices me, the photos are already made.

Whatever feels like you. Solid colors photograph better than busy patterns, and layers give you options. If you want my honest opinion on specific outfits, send me photos before the shoot — I'm happy to weigh in.
